The WBL-Quality MD Capacity Building in VET project will develop, test and implement a comprehensive quality assurance model for VET providers (schools, VET Centers but also companies and businesses offering VET programmes, internships and placements) with a special focus on workbased learning quality assurance. On the basis of the EQAVET approach of the European Commission the project will focus on the six defined building blocks and take them as a basis for a comprehensive and practical quality assurance process.
For this, the project partnership will develop and test an online self evaluation scanner for VET providers and companies analysing their workbased learning quality. The result of the online self evaluation scanner will be a detailed analysis picture together with concrete improvement potentials and suggestions.
This will finally form the basis for the development, testing and broad offer of local strategy workshops for VET providers which will build on the self evaluation scanner results and lead to a concrete step by step strategy for improvement and assurance of workbased learning quality in the own organisation.
The whole project is aiming at the support of capacity building of VET providers in the Easter Neighbourhood, especially Moldova and builds on a comprehensive dissemination and exploitation strategy that multiplies its impact and capacity building effect beyond the participating organisations.
