About the project

Various projects have already dealt with talent management – but never with employees 45+. In this special phase of life, it is important to maintain work motivation and to promote skills and, above all, talent. This creates decisive added value not only for the older employee, but also for the company and the younger colleagues.

With the Talent4LIFE project, we are addressing small and medium-sized companies. We offer you a model with instruments for talent management-based employee retention and development with a focus on employees 45+.

Our talent management process forms a counter-structure to the shortage of skilled workers due to current trends such as digitalization and demographic change by helping to make the best possible use of the potential of employees.
