Who we are

IHK-Projektgesellschaft mbH Ostbrandenburg (CCI Project Company East Brandenburg) is an educational and service centre for national and international enterprises, institutions as well as individuals. Our key competences are to:

•    support domestic industry & competitiveness of our customers
•    keep skilled workers in East Brandenburg
•    qualify employees in the process of lifelong learning, career management & advice

Our team consists of 55 highly qualified specialists whose first priority is customer orientation.

As a 100% subsidiary company of the CCI East Brandenburg we act as a service provider and cooperation partner for Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Chambers of Crafts, Ministries of Brandenburg and other institutions who are promoting economic development. Next to this we are also initiator, moderator and active partner of networks at regional, national and European level.

What we do

The CCI Project Company works as a profit centre in 3 fields: Projects, Educational Services & Event Management and Human Resource Consulting.

1.    CCI Training Center for Further Education
The CCI Project Company, which is certified according to the quality management system DIN ISO 9001, acts as a Further Training Centre since 1990 for the CCI East Brandenburg (official authority for Initial Vocational Training) offering:     

•    Workshops, Seminars for SME & Executives
•    Assessments for founder of a new business
•    eLearning and further training for professionals
•    Additional training/ exam preparation for apprentices

Additionally we offer event management including appropriate premises and ensure successful planning and realisation of conferences and events.


2.    Projects
By coordinating Domestic and European Projects we focus on vocational education and training, HR development to keep skilled workers in the region, entrepreneurship, international market and organisational development. We offer project management including concept development, application, realization of the project and post processing.
With regards to international projects we work as a promoter or partner. We are or have been involved in projects such as: EQUAL, ERASMUS, Interreg. Current international projects are AzubiMobil, MobEx and EUROJOB-Viadrina.


3.    Human Resource Consulting
Within this profit centre we analyse qualification requirements in companies and support the recruitment process by assessing and selecting applicants. Furthermore we give advice with regards to personnel and organisational development, management systems, entrance into European Markets as well as the development of intercultural competences.

Where we are

Our Head Office is located in Frankfurt (Oder), situated in East Brandenburg directly at the border to Poland and approximately one hour to the capital Berlin. Additionally nine regional offices all over Brandenburg ensure direct contact to our customers.
